Join me in this auditory journey through the various binaural beats in this hour long track. We will start with delta waves and slowly increase the intensity of the brain wave frequencies going from delta to theta, alpha, beta, gamma, and then back down in reverse to delta. The frequency change will go from 2hz up to 50hz.
Binaural beats are designed to be listened to with headphones. The effect is created by a difference in frequency between the ears. You should be able to hear a pulsating sound as you listen (especial in the middle of the recording when the frequency differences are most extreme). It is widely believed that binaural beats have positive benefits.
