Refund Policy
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we will not provide refunds and/or exchanges of any kind.

- Damaged files
- Customer not satisfied with product

Please note: If an order is refunded, your royalty-free license will be not be in effect and the files are not to be used by the customer.
Exchanges
We will be happy to offer a separate product of equal or less price, if requested. Alternatively, we can provide you with a discount code worth the price of your purchase, which can be applied to a separate order. To request an exchange, please contact us.
Timetable for Refunds/Exchanges
Please make your request and allow up to 2 weeks for us to process the refund. Typically refunds will be processed quickly. However, it may take time for your financial institution to process the refund. All refunds are made via Stripe (for credit cards) or PayPal.
What if a refund is not available?
If our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) are unable to return your payment, an exchange or discount code for future use will be offered.
